Dogs Are Welcome!
We love dogs and want yours to have a great stay too. We accept up to 2 dogs per booking.
Pet Fee
A $35/night pet fee applies per dog (maximum 2 dogs). This fee covers extra cleaning and helps us keep the property fresh for all guests.
Pet fees are added at checkout when you select the "Traveling with a pet" option. For direct bookings, mention your pet in the booking request.
Guidelines for Dog Guests
- 🐾Dogs must be up-to-date on flea/tick prevention before arrival.
- 🐾Please bring your own dog bed, bowls, and crate if needed.
- 🐾Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds — we provide a comfy dog bed.
- 🐾Dogs must be leashed when outdoors unless in the fenced yard area.
- 🐾Please pick up after your dog immediately — bags available by the door.
- 🐾Dogs are not permitted in the pool area or near the chicken coop.
- 🐾Never leave dogs unattended indoors for more than 3 hours.
- 🐾Any damage caused by pets will be billed to the guest.
What We Provide
Other Pets
We accept dogs only at this time. Cats, birds, and other animals cannot be accommodated due to our resident chickens and farm animals. If you have questions about a specific situation, please reach out before booking.
By bringing a pet to The Meadow House, you agree to this pet policy and accept responsibility for any pet-related damages or violations.
